Record history

Every record keeps its own history: each edit, each decision, each assignment, and each status change, with who did it and when. Open a record and scroll to History.

An edit entry names the fields that changed and shows the old and new values, so “somebody edited this” is never the whole story.

The organisation-wide log

Settings → Audit Log shows the same events across every form and record, newest first, filterable by person, form and date range. Use it to answer “what did this person change last week” rather than “what happened to this record”.

The Audit Log page under Settings, listing events across the organisation with who, what, which record and when.
Managers and admins can see the audit log. Collectors see the history of their own records.

  • Which fields an edit changed, with before and after.
  • A form published, archived or changed.
