The records table

Submissions lists your forms; click one to see its records as a table, one row per record, with the form’s fields as columns.

The records table for Timecards: a search box and status filter above, one row per record with employee, week ending, site and total hours as columns, and a status badge on each row.
Fields become columns. Structure — sections, dividers, labels — does not.

Finding a record

  • Search matches any text in any field.
  • Status filters to draft, submitted, approved or rejected.
  • Columns can be hidden and reordered from the column menu, and the layout is remembered per form.
  • Click a column heading to sort.

Opening one

Click a row to open the record page: every answer with its label, photographs and files, subform entries, the record’s history, and the actions available to you.

Editing in the table

Double-click a cell to edit it in place, for fields whose type allows it. The edit is saved when you leave the cell and is recorded in the record’s history. A record that is approved cannot be edited this way; return it for edits first.

Acting on several at once

Tick rows to select them. The bar that appears offers Approve, Return for edits, Assign, Export selected and Delete, each applied to every selected record in turn. Decisions made this way are recorded exactly as if made one at a time.

Views

Map View plots every record with a location. Bin shows deleted records for the fourteen days they can be restored — see Archiving, the bin and deleting.
